Invitation for Bids for the Construction of Ward Office Building at Sayal-05

1. Sayal Rural Municipality Office has received a grant from GoN towards the cost of Construction of Ward Office Building Works at Sayal-05 and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract. Bidding is open to all eligible as per Section V of the bidding document.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Sayal Rural Municipality Office, Sayal, Doti, Email: [email protected], Contact No: 9865693191/9858444333 or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. Bidder should submit their bid electronically and may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of the bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below. 4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Sayal Rural Municipality Office Sayal, Doti on 19-May-2021(2078/02/05) at 12:00 Noon.
5. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Sayal Rural Municipality Office Sayal, Doti through the PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np on or before 12:00 Noon on 30-May-2021 (2078/02/16). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 PM on 30-May-2021 (2078/02/16) at the office of Sayal Rural Municipality Office Sayal, Doti. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of 1,52,000/- (One Lakhs Fifty Two Thousand Only), which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e 27-Sept-2021 (2078/06/11).
7. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such a case, the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
8. Sayal Rural Municipality Office, Sayal, Doti reserve the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
9. In Case of Discrepancy or error in Tender notice, bid document and other documents of Construction of Ward Office Building at Sayal04 projects reserve the right to amend, correct at any time. Such amendment and correction shall be published in the national daily newspaper, notice board of the D Sayal Rural Municipality Office, Sayal, Doti.
