1. Cottage and Small Industry Office, Dhankuta invites electronic bids from duly eligible and qualified registered bidders for the procurement of following works under NCB Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding Procedure. Major qualification criteria, name and identification of the contracts are mentioned below though the details are in the bidding document.

2. All bidders must submit their bid electronically. Electronic bid must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 Noon, on 2078/02/02 (16 May, 2021) (or as per the date adjusted by e-GP System). Detail electronic bid Submission procedure is as e-GP directives of PPMO. Further information can be obtained from www.bolpatra.gov.np/eGP or from Cottage and Small Industry Office, Dhankuta.
3. Eligible bidders may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-procurement web portal www.bolpatra.gov.np/eGP. Bidders shall deposit the cost (as specified above) of bidding document in the office's Rajaswa (Revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the bank deposit voucher must be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

4.Pre-bid meeting shall be held Gharelu tatha Sana Udhyog Karyalaya, Dhankuta on 2078/01/23 (6 May, 2021) at 1:00 PM.
5. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 1:00 PM on 2078/02/02 (16 May, 2021) (or as per the date adjusted by e-GP System) at the office of Gharelu tatha Sana Udhyog Karyalaya, Dhankuta. Non-attendance of any or all the Bidder's representatives shall not hinder opening of the Bids.
6.The bid must be accompanied by Original Voucher of Bid Security as stated in the table above for each contract deposited at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Dhankuta in Account Holder Office: Provincial Treasury Comptroller Office, Dhankuta, Dharauti Khata No. Pra Kha 2 dharauti khata, Office Name: Gharelu tatha Sana Udhyog Karyalaya, Dhankuta. Office Code No.: 3078106011 or Bid Security guarantee issued by any commercial bank approved by Government of Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by Bid Security as mentioned above which shall be valid for a minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
7. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
8. The Employer reserves the right to amend and correct at any time or to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever before the contract. Similarly, the contract signing shall take place after the approval of the Master Procurement Plan (MPP) of the project from the concerned authority.
9. Matters not covered in this tender notice shall be in accordance with Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation, 2064 and other prevailing rules and regulations of Nepal.
