1. The Gadhawa Rural Municipality has allocated funds towards the cost of Road and Drain Construction Work under the below mentioned Contracts. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.
2. Bidders may bid for one or several contracts, as further defined in the Bidding Document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts/cross discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid.
3. Gadhawa Rural Municipality, Dang invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Road and Drain at under National Competitive Bidding procedures.
4. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
5. Bidder should download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost (as specified above) of bidding document in the Dharuti Khata no as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 6. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at GadhawaRural Municipality,Dang at 4:00 PM, May 01- 2021.
7. Bids must be submitted on www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp before 12:00 on May 07, 2021 for (11/GRM/SQ/077/078), (12/GRM/SQ/077/078), (13/GRM/SQ/077/078) and May 23 2021 for all other bids before 12:00. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
8. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00, on May 07, 2021 for (11/GRM/SQ/077/078), (12/GRM/SQ/077/078), (13/GRM/SQ/077/078) and May 23 2021 for all oth Gadhawa Rural Municipality,Dang.
9. If the last date of submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
10. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
