- The Arca Post Office Lalbandi Sarlahi has allocated funds towards the cost of Construction of Postal Office Building and intends to apply part of the funds te cover cligiblc payments under the Contract Construction of Postal Office Building Contract Id No: APO/WORKSNCB/01/2077/078. Bidding is open to all cligible as per Section V of bidding document
- Area Post Office Lalbandi Sarlahi miles electronic tids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Postal Office Building work under National Competitive Bidding procedures
- Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Arew Post Office, Lalandi Sarlahi, Tel no. 046520761 or may visit PPMO --GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
- Bidder need to submit their bid electronically by downloading the bidding documents for c-submission From PPMO'S-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp OR may purchase from the Area Post Office. Lalhandi Sarlahi by the submission of written application along with the copy of cumawim registration certificare Tax clearance certificate F/Y 2075/076 and deposit voucher for bid document purchase for the cost of Rs.3000.00 in the Rajashwa Khata of District Post Office account as specified below.

Office Code No: 358031901 - Sealed or Electronic bids having its contract name and identification number must be submitted to Area Post Office.Lalbandi.Sarlahi by hand/courier or through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolputra.gov. mpepp on or before 12:00 noun on 26/05/2077. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected
- Sealed or Electronic Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend a 14:00 hours on 26/03/2078 at District Post Office, Malangawa Sarlahi. There will be no any ubstruction to open bidding document if bidder representatives are not present
- Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days aller bed opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of NRS 1,50,0000 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. If bidder wishes to submit the bid sceurity in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Dharam Account of Roshe Tath Lekha Niuniuk Karyalaya Sarlahi, Account ne-02902000000000000333 at Nepal Bank Led Malangawa and submit the Bank Voucher of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid.
- If the last date of purchasing and for submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission
