Invitation for Bids for the Construction of MayaKhola Bridge, Dang

- The Provincial Government has allocated funds towards the cost of Construction of Maya Khola Bridge, Dang and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract.
- Bidding is open to all eligible as per Section V of bidding document. Road Infrastructure Development Office, Dang invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Maya Khola Bridge, Dang under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:
- Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Road Infrastructure Development Office, Dang (082-561442) email: ridodanga gmail.com or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
- Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document of Nrs 5000.00 in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below. - Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Road Infrastructure Development Office, Dang at 9th October, 2020. Bids must be submitted to the office through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egpon or before 12:00 on 21 October, 2020. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 on 21" October, 2020 at the office of Road Infrastructure Development Office, Dang. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days (i.e. up to 19 January, 2021) after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of Nrs. 13,00,000.00, which shall be valid up to 18 February, 2021.
- Bidder may submit modification or withdrawal prior to the deadline prescribed for submission of bid through e-GP system by using the forms and instructions provided by the system. Once a Bid is withdrawn, bidder will not be able to submit another bid response for the same bid.
- After the completion of evaluation of Technical Bids which are substantially responsive evaluated bidders, will be invited to attend the opening of Price Bids.
- The date, time and location of opening of Price Bid shall be notified in writing and/or published in national daily. Other mandatory information will be as per Public Procurement Act 2063 and (PPA) and Public Procurement Regulation 2064 (Amended).
