INVITATION FOR SEALED QUOTATIONS
NIC ASIA Bank solicits sealed quotations from interested parties for civil/interior/electrical works to be executed for construction of Library Room with around 435 Square Feet area as detailed under:
Interested parties meeting under mentioned minimum eligibility criteria can obtain RFQ Documents from Bank's General Administration and Projects Management Department at Registered Office, Thapathali upon payment of non-refundable document fee of NPR 1,000.00 (In Words, NPR One Thousand) only.
Eligibility Criteria:
The Applicants should have at least 2 years of company registration.
The Applicants should have Work Experience of at least Three organizations/BFIs of Nepal.
The Applicants should have annual turnover at least of NPR 1.5 Million in fiscal year 2077/78 or latest.
Documentation Requirement:
Company/Firm Registration Certificate
Valid copy of PAN/VAT Certificate
Valid copies of TAX Paid receipt of latest fiscal Year

Latest Share Register (Share Lagat)
Other self-attested documents as prescribed in RFQ Document.
Sealed quotations are to be submitted within close of business hour on April 11, 2023. If the last date of submission falls on a public holiday, the next working day shall be considered as last day. All sealed quotations should be addressed to General Administration and Projects Management Department and must be submitted in person. Sealed quotations received after the deadline will not be accepted.
