Invitation for Online Bids

1. The Province Government has allocated funds towards the cost of Rapri River Training Work and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Construction of "Flood Protection Embankment with Gabion Revet ment". Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.
2. Water Resources and Irrigation Development Division, Makawanpur invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the execution of following works under National Competitive Bidding-Single Stage Two Envelopes Bidding Procedures.
3. Bidders may obtain further information at the office of WRIDD. Makawanpur Tel: +977-057520795: or may visit PPMO e-GP system http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
4. Bidding Documents are available online and can be downloaded from PPMO e-GP system http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidder should register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of Bidding Documents in the Division's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below on or before office hour (27 July, 2020). and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Office WRIDD. Makawanpur at 14:00 hrs on 16 July, 2020.
6. Bidders have to submit their bid electronically and must be submitted through PPMO e-GP System http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12.00 hrs on 28, july, 2020. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. Hardcopy submission is not permitted.
7. Modification Withdrawal of the bid shall be done before 24 hrs of last date of bid submission deadline.
8. The Technical bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hrs on
28, July, 2020 at WRIDD Makawanpur office. Bid validity period is 90 days from the last date of subimission of bid which must be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format amounting stated in the table below. Bid security shall have validity period of at least 120 days from the last date of bid submission
9. Other mandatory information shall be as per PPA-2063, PPR-2064.
