1. Shuddhodhan Rural Municipality invites Online Bids under e-procurement system from eligible Bidders for construction Works under National competitive Bidding procedure.
2.Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bid document at PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. Bidding Document is available online and can be downloaded from e-gp system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp Interested Bidder should deposit the cost of Bidding Document as mentioned below in the following specified Bank.

4.Interested Bidder should submit online Bids through e-procurement portal http:/www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp only on below stated Time and Date. Bidders are required to follow the electronic Bid submission procedure as specified in e-gp system.
5.Online Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders representatives who chooses to attend on below stated time and date at Shuddhodhan Rural Municipality Office. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days of Bid opening and must be accompanied by Bid security as specified below which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the Bid validity period. The scanned copy of Bid security should be uploaded in the e-gp system during Bid submission. Information to deposit Bid security amount in Bank.

6. If the office happens to be closed on the date of opening of the Bids as specified, the Bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
7. Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Bids without assigning reason whatsoever.
8. Matters not covered by this Notice shall be in accordance with Public Procurement Act-2063(PPA), Public Procurement Regulations-2064 (PPR) and prevailing Laws.
