Invitation for Bids
Invitation Date: 2077-12-17
1. Sainamaina Municipality has received a grant from GoNtowards the cost of following bids and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for following bids. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.
2. Sainamaina Municipality invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the following bids under Sealed Quotation Bidding procedures.
3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at the office ofSainamaina Municipality, Buddhanagar, Rupandehi. Mailing address: [email protected], telephone number: 071-440553 or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
4. Bidders must submit their bid electronically may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000 in account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Sainamaina Municipalitythrough PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 noon on 2078-01-02. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
7. The bidswill be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 1:00 pm on 2078 01-02 at the office of Sainamaina Municipality. Bids must be valid for a period of 45days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format amounting to a minimum of as mentioned below shall be deposited in the bank A/C no. 0414201149244015 of Agricultural Development Bank Ltd, Parroha Sakha which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
8. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
9. The Office of Sainamaina Municipality, Buddhanagar, Rupandehi reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the process and reject all bids at any time prior to award contract.
