Government of Nepal has allocated funds towards the cost of construction of the works mentioned in the table and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the contract as described in the table below. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese bidders. 2. The Jaleshwor Customs Office invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the following works under National Competitive Bidding. Only the Hard Copy Bidding procedure will be followed. The bidding procedure will be a single stage Single Envelope. 3. Account Name: KA-2.9, Jaleshwor Bhanshar Kosh. 4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Jaleshwor Customs Office, Jaleshwor, Mahottari 2079/10/27 2:00 PM. 5. The last date of bid document purchase is 2079/11/12 (2023-02-24) at 5:00 PM. The bidders must submit VAT, PAN, Firm Registration, Ijajat Patra (Renewal up to 2080 Asadh), Tax Clearance Certificate 2078/79, and other documents as stated in Bid Document. 6. The bidders shall submit their bid in hard copy before 2079/11/14 (2023 FEB 26 ) at 12:00 hrs. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend on 2079/11/14 (2023 FEB 26) at 14:00 hrs at the office of Jaleshwor customs office, Malibada Mahottari. Bid security must be valid for a period of 90 days as stated below for after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security, amounting to a minimum of as specified below which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period (i.e. 120 days) of the bid after the deadline of Bid submission last date. 7. If the last date of the Pre-Bid meeting and Bid Opening day falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered the last date. In such a case, the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission. 8. Other information not mentioned above is as per Public Procurement Act 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation 2064 (Amended). 9. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award.
