1. Nepal Government has allocated the fund and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the following Contract. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders. Ministry of Health and Population, Koshi Hospital, Biratnagar, invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement and supply of the following items mentioned in the table to be delivered at Koshi Hospital, Biratnagar under National competitive bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act and Regulations.

3. Bidder shall purchase their bid electronically from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders should deposit the cost of the bidding document in the following Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below.

4. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format, amounting to be an above-mentioned table which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
5. Electronic bid must be submitted to the Koshi Hospital Biratnagar through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 on 30-May-2021.
6. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hour (Local time) on 30-May-2021 at the office of Koshi Hospital, Biratnagar.
7. If the last date of purchasing, submission, and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
8. In the case of discrepancies or error in bid documents, bid notice or any other document, the purchaser reserve the right to amend and correct at any time.
9. If the budget for this Procurement cannot be ensured, the hospital may suspend the procurement.
