UNICEF Nepal is inviting proposals from interested national agencies for - A LAW FIRM TO DRAFT NEW MOTHER'S MILK SUBSTITUTES (CONTROL OF SALE AND DISTRIBUTION) ACT AS A REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING ACT 2049 (1992).

A VIRTUAL PRE-BID MEETING WILL BE HELD AT 10.30 AM (NEPALI TIME) ON THE 16 AUGUST 2022 TO ADDRESS ANY QUERIES/COMMENTS ON THE RPS.

IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE SUBMISSION OF LRPS THROUGH EMAIL. THE SUBMISSION DULY STAMPED AND SIGNED CAN BE DONE ELECTRONICALLY IN PDF FORMAT AND SENT TO [email protected] (Bids sent and/or copied to any other email ID will be considered invalid). The submission subject line should have the bid number and name. UNICEF will only accept proposals submitted via email.
Offers MUST be received before 12:00hrs (Nepal Time) on 23 August 2022.
