Request For Quotation (RFQ) for 20 KL Cryogenic Tank (Filled with Liquid Medical Oxygen), Vaporizer and Filling Manifold

FHI 360, an international NGO, requests for quotation from locally registered agencies to supply the following:
Technical Specifications’ Form (TSF) with detailed technical specifications of the above-mentioned item and Standard Form (SF) 330 can be obtained via email request to [email protected] The following documents should be submitted along with the quotation:
- A copy of Company registration certificate
- Latest Tax clearance certificate
- Company Profile
- List of Clients
- Manufacturer’s Authorization
- Duly filled TSF and documents requested in the TSF
- Duly filled SF 330 of the agency and engineers who will be involved in construction of foundation
The quotation should be valid for at least 90 days and must provide information on delivery time, warranty period & after sales service. Final selection will be based on favorable cost & services, delivery time/capability and similar work experience of the agency in relevant field.

Cost for construction of foundation required for installation of Cryogenic Tank should be quoted separately. Hard copy of the quotation along with specified supporting documents requested can be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Quotation for Cryogenic Tank, Vaporizer and Filling Manifold” at the following address:
