Job Description

  • Develop and Implement sales plan and meet monthly sales target of the branch
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
  • Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
  • Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
  • Ensure timely response to new service installations and troubleshoot requests
  • Meet operations/logistics targets of the branch to ensure uninterrupted delivery of Field Services
  • Ensure prompt response and effective customer service to branch’s customers, both at field and those visiting the branch office
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
  • Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed. Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
  • Responsible for overall operations of the branch including sales, customer services, human resources and administration
