Create program style guide and develop processes and procedures to streamline the creation, fact checking, editing, and archiving of project deliverables
Maintain database of freelance writers, copy editors, proofreaders, and indexers

Find and developing new ideas for web content.
Monitor Twitter, Facebook & other relevant pages and actively participate in discussions across communities, social networks & blogs
Develop website and online content, emails, blog posts, newsletters etc
