Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 5 years

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent) 
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Experience in Java, Grails framework and GIT
  • Knowledge of Agile and 

Job Description

  • Assess project requirements and plan for the development team
  • Design/review system architecture for the project
  • Assign specific tasks to developers and monitor the status of those tasks
  • Mitigate and manage project risks
  • Work with others to get rid of project impediments
  • Coordinate with other managers and related personnel from US office for smooth delivery of projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and with high quality
  • Continuously improve software engineering practices
  • Recruit, train and mentor resources
  • Grant least privilege access to resources
  • Monitor resource utilization
  • Monitor the performance of resources
  • Ensure organizational policies and procedures are followed by the team 
  • Revoke access for resources rotating off the team or leaving the company
  • Perform other related duties as necessary
