  • At least Bachelor level in Management or equivalent degree
  • Minimum one year experience in Business Development or related field

Job Description

  • Identify, visit and communicate with the prospective corporate clients and/or individuals to explain the services and convince them to take any of our service
  • Understand the requirements of clients, identify and recommend the right candidates to them for various positions
  • Manage, operate and monitor employment deal and projects
  • Build strong candidate data base and communicate with them 
  • Continuous follow up with existing/ prospective clients for business opportunities
  • Plan and implement sales strategy, set and meet the sales target
  • Work closely with concerned authority to consistently improve our product line
  • Day to day update and report in the system timely, make further planning and target after the analysis of it
  • Perform all the activities as assigned by the concerned authority
