The candidate should be proactive and should have high negotiation and leadership skills
Proven experience in medium to large scale hydropower during construction phase that has already been commissioned.

Note : Priority will be provided to those candidates who have experience in the position from the side of a Developer

Review design and drawing of Electrical component's
Supervise EM work mainly erection of EM components
Prepare BoQ of Transmission Line related works
Supervise Transmission Line works
Coordinate with EPC contractor for construction power requirement at site
Verify the Payment Certificate and Invoices of the EPC contractor and recommend the payment proposals
Prepare daily, weekly and Monthly progress of the EM parts of the project
Correspondences and coordination among EPC Contractor, LE, OE on Electro-mechanical components
Coordinate with NEA for Transmission Line (Chilime-Trishuli 3 "B" 220kV Transmission Line Project) and Trishuli 3B" Hub substation project
Prepare the Operation and maintenance manual and procedures of Plant
Prepare the Testing and Commissioning Plan and Procedure of the Project. Coordinate with NEA for Testing and Commissioning sequence and methodologies
Assist Management regarding Electrical Components of the project in EPC Contract
Any other tasks assigned by management related to Transmission Line, Electro-mechanical Contract packages
