Key Responsibilities

Understand student needs and recommend the best study destinations.
Assist students with the admission process, visa applications, and documentation.
Explain financial requirements, scholarships, and work opportunities abroad.
Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors professionally.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and social media inquiries.
Schedule counseling sessions and manage student appointments.
