Job Description

Passion Foundation is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team as an Educational Counselor and document officer specializing in facilitating student admissions for the UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, and Denmark.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive counseling to students regarding academic opportunities, admission requirements, and application processes for UK, USA, Canada, and Denmark universities.
  • Assist students in completing and submitting applications, ensuring adherence to deadlines and requirements set by respective universities.
  • Stay updated on country-specific admission criteria, program offerings, and scholarship opportunities at various universities to provide informed guidance to students.
  • Communicating with education providers/ representatives in the UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, and Denmark via email, phone, and other media.
  • Visa processing for students and their dependents.
  • Organize and conduct informational sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate students and parents about overseas education options.
  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes, share best practices, and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the immigration process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/ Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in educational counseling or related fields, preferably in student admissions for international universities.
  • In-depth knowledge of visa application procedures, immigration laws, and requirements for each country (UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, and Denmark).
  • Proficiency in documentation processes and management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, parents, and university representatives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail allow efficient management of multiple student cases and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with educational counseling software/tools is desirable.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
