General:

• Handling all the ECA of this school
• Monitoring all the ECA  activities and the performance of the children
• Organizing Inter, Intra house/ School events

Documentation:

• Ensure that all the copies produce by school pertaining to the ECA are available to the staff members
• Establish and maintain a record of completed planning
• Lead the process of developing or reviewing the schools overall planning for ECA
• Maintaining accurate and complete student and teachers records
• Planning for the whole year's activities  and implementing in a very effective manner
• Publish articles related with the ECA in the school magazine on the monthly basis

Professional development: 

• Ensure that the staff members are made aware of professional development opportunities.
• Make recommendation regarding professional development opportunities on and off the school to the needy teacher’s staffs.
• Keep the record of workshop attendance and identify ongoing needs.
• Support teachers and students in exhibition, Parents day, presentations and curriculum night.  

Communication: 

• Set up systems for communication and collaboration among all staff members involved in implementing the program
• Conduct parents information sessions
• Publish articles pertaining to the program in the school newsletter
• Actively involving in the parents' meeting, curriculum nights, and various school programmes
• Planning and discussing with the teachers systematically before launching any ECA programme
• Handling media coverage
