• Creative, compelling, logical writing for broadcast.
• Strong understanding of impact of sound on listeners, whether it is actuality recorded on location, speech or music.
• Demonstrable experience of creative, high impact writing for radio, film or theatre. 
• An understanding of the how the actions of local and national leaders impact on the people. 
• Good contacts - in drama and theatre world.
• Basic understanding and appreciation of budgeting.  
• General computers skills.
• Proficient typing in Nepali.
• Functional spoken English and excellent spoken and written Nepali, and appreciation of Nepali dialects.
