Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, organize, and maintain accurate client and student documentation for visa, admission, and migration purposes.
  • Ensure all submitted documents meet institutional and immigration requirements.
  • Coordinate with counselors and clients to collect missing documents and information.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Digitize physical records and organize digital documentation effectively.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing forms, statements, and supporting letters.
  • Track application status and maintain updated logs in documentation systems.
  • Collaborate with the compliance and admissions teams to ensure timely submissions.

What are we looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of student visa or migration documentation processes (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PDF tools.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in documentation.
  • A proactive and responsible attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Prior experience in documentation, administration, or recordkeeping is an advantage.
