Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist students with the collection and preparation of required academic and financial documents for university admissions and visa applications.
  • Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with the specific requirements of each destination country (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, Australia).
  • Review, verify, and maintain up-to-date student files and records.
  • Coordinate with admission officers and embassies regarding application status and documentation updates.
  • Prepare and organize application packages for timely submissions.
  • Provide administrative support related to admissions and visa processing.
  • Keep track of changing visa regulations and university documentation requirements.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of student data and sensitive information.
