The division operations manager position provides technical support and leadership to branch operations managers within the division; ensures that the highest quality of customer service is provided at all of the delivery systems within the division; provides administrative support is areas of compliance, regulations, bank policies and procedures. The position reports directly to the division manager and consults with the managers of human resources and branch administration in matters relating to job function. 

• Works with Operation manager to develop financial plans for the division
  
• Assists in recruiting, training, and developing a highly motivated and effective team of branch operations managers and in providing the equivalent for branch managers
  
• Works with Operation manager in setting operational sales goals for branches
  
• Provides guidance, leadership and coaching to branch managers
  
• Communicates changes in regulations, bank policy, and procedures
  
• Coordinates performance appraisals, promotions and terminations within operations job functions
  
• Manages division utility teller staff when established
  
• Responsible for division-wide branch audits; facilities management of security issues
  
• Conducts meetings, at least monthly, with the branch managers
  
• Responsible for staff planning and coordination of the same for weekdays, Saturdays and special events
