Job Description

  • Work together with Program Coordinator, District coordinator to implement the trainings and orientations of the project
  • Responsible for overall management to conduct trainings, orientations at the district, VDC/Municipal level 
  • Develop trainings/orientations implementation plan to achieve goals and objectives of the project
  • Coordinate and set up timely training cycle in liaison with District Coordinator, Program Coordinator and senior management teamin Pro Public
  • Conduct, organize and facilitate training programs, support in data collection and other project activities as per requirement
  • Prepare lesson plans based on the curriculum, deliver trainings to trainers of diverse background to become effective mediators
  • Impart knowledge, learning tools and techniques and able to transfer the same skills to the trainees
  • Prepare trainings/orientations reports (technical), manage logistical and financial aspect of training activities
  • Work closely with District Coordinator to prepare reports and submit to Pro Public
