Job Location: Gorkha, Dhading, Makwanpur, Rasuwa, and  Nuwakot

Academic Qualification: 

• Must have at least Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
  

Work Experience and Eligibility Criteria:

• Must have 10 years or more relevant working experience in building construction projects
  
• Shall have management leadership and corporate culture promoting qualities.
  
• Must have a high level of analytical skills, capable of quickly sensing the interests of stakeholders and acting upon accordingly. Proficient in report writing both in Nepali and English
  
• Should not be convicted of any heinous crime; Shall be recognized from his/her past performances
  
• Must have good  coordination/communication skills
  
• Shall be familiar with Auto Cad, Excel, Word, and MS Project
  

Salary and Fringe Benefits:  Negotiable depending on the proven competency of the candidate.

Duration:  Three years with a probation period of two months and the possibility of extension.

Starting date: After successful negotiation.
