Job Location: Gorkha, Makawanpur and Dhading

Project: Emergency School Reconstruction Project (ESRP)

Academic Qualification: 

• Must have at least Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
  

Work Experience and Eligibility Criteria:

• Must have 5 years or more relevant working experience in building construction projects
  
• Shall have management leadership and corporate culture promoting qualities
  
• Must have high level of analytical skills, capable of quickly sensing the interests of stakeholders and acting upon accordingly. Proficient in report writing both in Nepali and English
  
• Should not be convicted on any heinous crime
  
• Shall be recognized from his/her past performances
  
• Must have good  communication skills
  
• Shall be familiar with Auto Cad, Excel, Word and MS Project
  
• Must have vaild two-wheeler driving license
  

Salary and Fringe Benefits:  

• Negotiable depending on the proven competency of the candidate
  

Duration:  

• Three years with two months probation period
  

Starting date: 

• Immediately after successful negotiation
