Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing all financial & accounting processes to ensure financial discipline, the effectiveness of accounting operations, matters pertaining to taxation and audit as well as organization compliance with legal and statutory provisions for overall business. This is a senior management position that reports to the Managing Director and is primarily responsible for managing all financial resources and plays a pivotal role in managing and strengthening overall financial well- being of the organization.
Minimum Qualification: MBA in Finance or an equivalent Degree.
Preferred/Additional Qualification: CA/CFA/CWA.
Minimum Experience: 10 years’ financial management experience with at least 5 years’ experience of heading the finance function of a domestic/international organization
Preferred/Additional Experience: Working experience in donor financing
