  • 2 to 5 years of experience in sales in a Pvt. Ltd Company. (Sales experience in related fields like sanitary ware, water pumps, power tools, hardware or FMCG sales will be given priority)
  • Positive attitude, good communication skills & desire to exceed expectations
  • Proficiency with email & MS office applications specially MS Word and MS Excel for efficient reporting to management
  • Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of management & external parties to maximize sales performance
  • Matured and preferably married of age 20-26 willing to settle / already settled in Kathmandu
  • Must have completed his studies and available full time for work

Job Description

  • Will be responsible for Key sales accounts and selling goods and ensuring timely payment collection on telephone and field visits
  • Generate and follow up leads aggressively
  • Carry out market research activities
  • Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers
  • Generating new client base as well as servicing current client to increase sales and revenues
  • Building relationships and rapport with new and existing clients
  • Recognize and reach out to clients in businesses 
  • Pitch products and services effectively
  • Must be effective and tight in collection and should ensure timely collection of the debtors within the time frame specified by the company

Soft Skills: The most Important Skills

  • Should be Respectful, Trustworthy, and Hardworking & Sincere
  • Must be willing to work overtime depending on work pressure
  • Must be able to share his opinions with the management regarding the growth of the organization and realizing company’s vision & goal
  • Must be willing to stay for a long period of time with the company and grow with the company rather than short term

Other Specific Requirements:

  • Candidate should have his own two wheeler with valid driving license
  • Must take complete ownership of the work assigned to him and his team
  • Must submit periodic and accurate reports to the management indicating the sales performance of the company
  • Must be honest in dealing with cash

Offered Salary:

  • 15k-25k (Plus target based incentive depending on the competency and the work experience of the candidate)
  • 12 Months’ salary per annum + 1 month Dashain Bonus
  • No system of Advance
