Job Description:

• Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry development
• Manage and maintain the organization's website
• Track and analyze website traffic and provide regular internal reports
• Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PCC) and management
• Monitor, report and analyze result to improve performance, using tools such as google analytics and others so that amendments and improvements can be made where appropriate
• Keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements

Qualification & Experience:

• Master's Degree in Management 
• 2 years of experience in advertising marketing

Requirements/Skills:

• Good Communication skills in both English and Nepali
• Knowledge of digital advertising
• Hardworking, self-motivated and able to work individually as well as part of a team
• Skilled in the use if Microsoft Office applications
• Adapt to new technologies as the are implemented
• Must have a valid two wheeler driving license
