• Lead a team of 4-6 designers and front end developers
  
• Be the owner of the Daraz website and app 
  
• Manage all campaigns going on and off 
  
• Develop campaign implementation plans with marketing and design 
  
• Maintain continuous QC of the website and app 
  
• Monitor key metrics of all campaigns and the Daraz platform in general 
  
• Take actions based on performance of all onsite assets 
  
• Come up with strategies to increase conversion
  
• Provide design input with business perspective

Qualification required:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in science, engineering or business disciplines
  
• Min. 2 years of working experience a project manager 
  
• Knowledge of Design principles, experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript
  
• Good with Excel, Data Analysis, Reporting and Presentation
  
• Go-getter and can-do attitude
