Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing IT services company. In this pivotal role, you will lead and grow our digital marketing team to deliver superior digital marketing services to our diverse client base. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, display advertising, social media, and email marketing. In addition to your strategic leadership, this role will require hands-on involvement in various digital marketing initiatives to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and achievement of key performance indicators. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the client’s overall business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, setting clear goals, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
  • Manage PPC and display advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, and budget allocation.
  • Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, building brand awareness and engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, track ROI, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Experience in multiple ads platforms, including Google, Meta, Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics tools, including Search Console, Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
