• Lead a team of 4-6 designers and front end developers
  
• Be the owner of the Daraz website and app 
  
• Develop and execute  campaign  plans with marketing and design 
  
• Continuous QC of the website and app 
  
• Monitor key metrics of all campaigns and the Daraz platform in general 
  
• Come up with strategies to increase acquisition and engagement of users 
  
• Provide design input with business perspective
  

Qualification required:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in science, engineering or business disciplines
  
• Min. 2 years of working experience as a project manager 
  
• Good with Excel, Data Analysis, Reporting and Presentation
  
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  
• Knowledge of Design principles, basic knowledge of  HTML, CSS and Javascript is preferred
  
• Go-getter and can-do attitude
