Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of various platforms and strategies. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing social media platforms, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and Google My Business profiles. Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude towards achieving clients' objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Proficient in managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok accounts. Develop and implement effective content strategies, including boosting, targeting, retargeting, and campaign strategies tailored to clients' needs.
  • Analytics and Performance Monitoring: Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies as necessary. Ability to troubleshoot issues and contact platform support (e.g., Meta) when required.
  • Third-Party Apps: Recommend and utilize third-party apps such as Hootsuite, Publer, and Agora Pulse for efficient management of social media accounts.
  • Google Ads Management: Experience in managing various types of Google Ads, including search, display, responsive, and YouTube ads.
  • SEO/SEM: Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to improve online visibility and drive traffic to websites.
  • Google My Business: Ability to create, manage, and take ownership of Google My Business profiles to enhance local search presence.

Attitude/Soft Skills:

  • Well-Organized and Structured: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Timely Response: Demonstrate prompt responsiveness to client inquiries, requests, and project deadlines.
  • Accessibility: Willingness to be accessible after hours for urgent matters or client emergencies.

Qualifications:

  • Age: 25-35
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.

Note: Candidates must be available during regular working hours (8:30 am - 5:00 pm Mauritius time) and flexible to work after hours when necessary for urgent matters.
