• Has to be able to show us previous experience in this field with results
• Have to be able to do SEO, SEM, A/B Testing, Facebook/Instagram ads and google ads
• Has to be able to run digital marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, come up with various digital marketing strategies and mine data from campaigns ti make inferences
• Should have a strong understanding of data analysis. 
• Someone who is confident in their ability to get results through digital marketing
