Receive and make call to channel partner and provide first level service to each query
Responding efficiently and accurately to callers explaining possible solutions and ensure that channel partner feel supported and valued
Follow the Ncell guidelines to determine, if there are immediate resolution to channel issues or the issues requires supervisor’s input
Maintain and improve quality KPIs which directly impact the incentives of the agent
Conduct survey calls to Point of Sales and fill the necessary details in system as well
Support the SIM replacement service of customer
Follow the KBS for information regarding new product and services
Should work in any shift plan
Perform any other reasonable duty assigned by supervisor
