We are currently looking for a DevOps with 1+ years of experience who will be responsible for combining aspects of a technical role along with an IT operations role. You will build, test and maintain the infrastructure and tools that allow for the speedy development and release of software.

Responsibilities

• A responsible and dedicated candidate who can foresee things and act proactively
• On top of everything, he/she needs to understand every stage of SDLC and bring them into our DevOps pipeline
• An individual who can develop the DevOps lifecycle independent of platforms and tools
• Develop and apply fixes on any development-related issues using the pipeline
• Provide technical support regarding network/ firewall and server-related issues
• Work on ways to automate development and release processes
• Ensuring the system is protected from any cybersecurity threats and uses proactive methods whenever needed
• Work closely with developers to ensure the processes are correct and functional
• Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure considering the product constraints
• Develop tools and technologies to improve customer experience for the product

A DevOps’ Daily Tasks

• Keep track of monitored logs/metrics of all servers and take proactive decisions
• Check for loopholes in implementation and deployment throughout the environment and make necessary fixes
• Continuously check for updates in tools and technologies and discuss with the team lead or related stakeholders before implementation
• Automate and orchestrate workload between the cloud services used
• Make sure that the pipeline is running smoothly and fix the breakages by collaborating with the Dev Team
• Update the DevOps code base as per product requirements
