• Should take overall responsibility of Project Sales in Nepal.
• Should be target oriented.
• Should allocate target to the team and keep a track on it on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Should analyze and deliver accurate forecast and outlook.
• Should rigorously follow up on the existing projects in the project pipeline.
• Should follow up the upcoming projects.
• Should conduct site visits.
• Should prioritize work effectively and in accordance to corporate objectives.
• Should develop excellent relationship with Consultants, Contractors etc
