Qualification:

• Master's Degree in Management, Economics, Insurance, Finance, Account, Commerce
  
• Chartered Accountancy with Bachelor Degree
  

Experience:

• Should have work experience in the position of manager or above for at least 5 years in any insurance company
  
• Minimum 8 years in Banking and Financial sector of which minimum of 2 years experience of insurance Sector preferred
  

Other Specification:

• She/he should be qualified under Insurers Corporate Good Governance Guidelines 2075
  
• Should have excellent organizational, leadership, communication and analytical skills
  

Age: Not Exceeding 60 years
