Required key skills/trainings 

• Training in logistics, office administration and accounting
• Keeping office database and filing system 
• Practical knowledge of logistics, office software packages and hands-on experience of accounting software 
• Good knowledge of normal office administration procedures, regarding office management and secretarial 
• Excellent written and verbal communication and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in odd hours when needed.
