Data Entry Officer

The Data Entry Officer will work closely with the health office of Achham, Bajhang, Dailekh, Humla and Salyan districts and palikas to support recording and reporting of COVID-19 vaccination activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the respective health offices to identify the palikas for COVID-19 vaccination data entry.
On-site vaccination data entry in those palikas as per the directive from the health office.
Compilation of the vaccination data records and providing them to the concerned in a timely manner.
Review COVID-19 vaccination data for errors or missing information and resolve any discrepancies.
Prepare the report as per need basis in health offices of districts.
Submit a timesheet and report daily/weekly/monthly.
Additional tasks as required and requested by technical monitor.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Proficient computer skills well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge and skills on DHIS-2 preferable.
Willingness to travel to palikas frequently.
