Hiring immediately for full-time salary-based Data Entry and Inventory Specialist/Analyst at Blueberry Mart located in Tokha.

Job Summary:

As a Data Entry and Inventory Specialist/Analyst, you are to act as a liaison between various departments within Blueberry Mart in order to facilitate communication and order and invoicing processes. You must be proficient in inventory management using IMS software and be willing to learn new skills to more successfully complete required tasks. This position requires a highly organized and accurate individual, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and IMS systems software.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze inventory location reports to improve data integrity with negative inventory, duplicate locations, unavailable locations and inaccurate inventory quantities.
  • Provide direction to inventory and sales personnel in day to day solutions to systematic issues and aid in eliminating daily inventory obstacles.
  • Work with sales staff and other relevant offices to disposition stagnant and expired inventory.
  • Perform random audits with store manager to validate shelf-life storage and inventory accuracy.
  • Interface with traffic, quality control/assurance, procurement, and other related departments to resolve problems relative to inventory accuracy.
  • Function as the focal point for Inventory transactions alongside store manager.
  • Responsible for facilitation of inventory return if needed.
  • Support the organization's metric goals and objectives.
  • Maintain integrity of all inventory locations.
  • Input all new inventory in a timely and accurate fashion using IMS software.
  • Report any inaccuracies or problems in inventory to the store manager immediately.
  • Work alongside other employees to facilitate a positive workplace experience.
  • Must provide metric reports, analysis, and conduct data mining and analysis as needed.
  • Must be able to anticipate company needs and complete tasks relevant to the position without constant direction from a superior.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • 2+ years of experience working with IMS systems
  • 2+ years of database experience
  • Experience within the liquor and grocery market preferred
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrates a high sense of urgency
