We are looking for a Data Analyst to dive deep into our numbers to help re-frame the developmental and analytical debates.

Required skills and experience:

• Good statistics knowledge
• Experience with any statistical software, preferably in R (will have opportunity to learn while on the job)
• Experience in Python or any database/programming skill (will be added advantage)
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have good  English writing and speaking skill 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Acquiring data and answer critical developmental questions (investigate), detect anomalies and outliers (monitor), find trends and share recommendations (anticipate) from government and other sources of data, such as: Demographic projection of census, Flash reports on education, Target setting in health sector, Agriculture census etc.
• Data cleaning and analyzing using excel or any statistical software
• Project report writing and content writing for website/blog.
• Preparing and conducting presentations
