Minimum of 4 years industry experience
Good knowledge of SOPHOS, CISCO, Sonicwall, Firewall etc.
Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies
Experience with Linux (Debian/Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL/Amazon Linux)
Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTPS)
Experience with network hardware
Experience with VLAN management, deployment and maintenance
Understanding/experience with VMware/virtualization
Vendor communication (e.g. Cisco, Autodesk
Software administration of internal tools (Perforce, JIRA)
Strict use of code names and complete confidentiality of project information for as long as its required

Run the Cyber Command Center activities including SOC and Incident Response.
Main point of contact for Cyber incidents and Cyber escalations.
Focus on developing the SIEM further towards maturity.
Train and govern level 1 and 2 analysts.
Produce metrics and reporting to accurately display the performance of the Cyber Operations program.
Identify and solve potential and actual security problems
Upgrade our network and infrastructure systems
Advanced understanding of TCP/IP, common networking ports and protocols, traffic flow, system administration, OSI model, defense-in-depth and common security elements.
