  • Must have completed Intermediate or bachelor level on Computer/Electronics/Electrical & BIM/BScIT/BIT
  • Must have the 1-year experience, freshers are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A strong focus on quality customer service
  • Good motivational skills and be capable of working well on one’s own or as a member of a team

          • Customer Support in relevant IT fields
          • Installation and Repairing of UPS, Power Equipment, LAN & system hardware and printers
          • Installation and support on IP CCTV systems
          • Provide support and service related activities in customer location
          • Provide quality and timely support service to customers
