Job Description

  • Should attend telephonic support requests concerning technical issues and general inquiries 
  • Should be ready to visit and provide the necessary support to customers at their premises
  • Should create reports and update to supervisor on a regular basis
  • Should have basic knowledge of Computer Networks, Internet Protocols, Routing Technologies
  • Should coordinate with other departments for effective service delivery.
