Objectives of Job: Provide Customer Service maintaining a Brand value of the company.
Reports To: Customer Service Manager
Areas of Responsibilities:
General:
- Provide the best possible service through the practice of a customer first ethic.
- Develop teamwork to establish best practice in customer services department.
- Phone handling including ticketing, booking, transferring calls to requested departments.
- Undertake special project as assigned by superiors.
- Ensure adequate cash level, handle cash in a competent ethic manner.
Food Counter:
- Selling, serving and cash handling of food and beverage items.
- Cleaning, maintenance and security of equipments, utensils.
- Store, stock count, check and verify of Food items and other related items.
Ticketing:
- Ticket selling and maintaining stocks.
- Managing advance tickets sell.
- Record keeping of passes and complementary tickets.
- Cash handling.
- Maintain friendly interactions with customers.
- Response to the customers with manner in their inquiry.
Booking:
- Booking tickets, providing information on movie and show time to the customers.
- Cancel or edit booking as per request from the customers.
- Transfer different calls to requested departments.
- Record and convey massage to the directors.
Roles:
- Customer Service Representatives are directly related to customer services. They are like informer for the company in sense of movie, price and available of tickets, foods.
- CSRs are likebridge between customers and company.
- They are responsible to maintain Brand Value of the company.
