  • Greeting customers in a welcoming manner, helping them find specific products
  • Respond to incoming calls from the customers to take their orders, answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information and handle complaints regarding the company’s products or services
  • Staying knowledgeable about the product
  • Up to date with latest gadget trend and technology
  • Assisting customers throughout the buying process
  • Drive sales through engaging, suggesting and sharing product knowledge
  • Team up with co-workers
  • Prepare reports and send it to the management
  • Keep store clean and tidy
  • Availability to work flexible shifts
