        Job Description

        • Attend calls and inquiries from clients
        • Execute consignments that are nominated to the company nationally or internationally
        • Make date wise reports of the consignments executed and forward it to the management on daily basis
        • Coordinate with vendors/service providers on daily basis through email and phone calls
        • Update clients about their consignments on daily basis through emails and phone calls
        • Release delivery order to the clients for air/sea consignments
        • Liaise closely with Kolkata shipping offices for all sea consignments delivery
        • Coordinate to issue Airway Bill, GSP, Chamber, Handicraft and Cargo Manifest for export consignments
